Janice Barnes has dedicated 16 years to early childhood education, bringing passion, patience, and expertise to her work with young learners. She began her journey through the apprenticeship program, where she gained hands-on experience while pursuing her education. Today, Janice serves as a Mentor Coordinator, supporting and guiding the next generation of educators. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a proud mother to one daughter, finding joy and inspiration in both her family and her work.
