When I joined the program [EEAP], I worked any job to make money. However, the YMCA has allowed me to go back to school. With the support from the workforce development department and the encouragement they give daily, I have reached goals and thought beyond my previous dreams of being a teacher.Rita S. joined the YMCA apprenticeship’s entry level cohort in 2020.
