Tayilar Henderson

Tayilar Henderson is a Success Coordinator with the YMCA of the East Bay Early Educator Apprentice Program. She comes to us with 10+ years of experience in community-centered engagement while helping establish educational and work development programs for socio-economic and culturally diverse communities in the San Francisco Bay area. Tayilar specializes in informed policy advising, critical analysis, human resource management, public administration, and helping enhance local civic engagement in underrepresented communities. In addition, with her experience working within the education and non-profit field, she has developed skills to interact, engage, and welcome people to enhance and beautify their communities. Tayilar is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her tenacious energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
